Naturalist Terri Irwin, an American-Australian, is well-known for her work on animal films, television programs, and nature conservation. Terri, who was born in the country, was raised in a household that valued animals. It is not surprising that she spent her adult life working with animals because caring for and responding to injured animals was a part of her upbringing. She opened her own animal rehabilitation facility when she was just 22 years old.
