The full name of Sean Combs John Combs—also known by the stage names Sean “Puffy” Combs, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, and Diddy—is an American rapper, record producer, actor, and clothing designer who built an empire in the entertainment industry in the 1990s.
Sean Combs Childhood and Early Life-
Sean Combs was born in New York City’s Harlem on November 4, 1969. His father, who had ties to convicted drug dealer Frank Lucas, was shot to death while sitting in his car when Combs was still a little boy. His mother was a teaching assistant and a model. He completed his studies at Howard University after earning his diploma from the Catholic Mount Saint Michael Academy in 1987.
He left school, nevertheless, and began an internship at Uptown Records in New York in 1989. As their talent director, he worked with Jodeci and Mary J. Blige there. Sadly, he was let go from this position, and with Arista Records, he started Bad Boy Records.

With the album having been certified septuple platinum by the RIAA for sales of more than 7 million copies, Combs won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album in 1998. Following a purportedly profane music video, Combs was accused of assaulting Interscope Records manager Steve Stoute, who manages the musician Nas. Combs was ordered to do anger control classes. The second-highest charting album by Combs, Forever, was released in August 1999 and reached its peak position there.
Sean and Pharrell Williams collaborated on a brand-new song titled “Finna Get Loose” which was released on June 29, 2015. Sean declared in 2016 that he will leave the music business to concentrate on his acting career. He tweeted in 2019 that “Making the Band” would return to “MTV” in 2020.

Combs is a father of six kids. Misa Hylton-Brim, a fashion designer, gave birth to Justin, his first biological child, in 1993.
